Communication Center Clause Samples
The Communication Center clause establishes a designated platform or method for all official communications between the parties involved in an agreement. Typically, this clause specifies a centralized online portal, email address, or other system where notices, updates, and required documentation must be sent and received. By clearly defining the channel for communication, the clause ensures that important information is reliably delivered and received, reducing the risk of missed messages and disputes over whether proper notice was given.
