Computer Network. Grantee understands and agrees that no award funds shall be used to maintain or establish a computer network unless such network blocks the viewing, downloading, and exchange of pornography. Nothing in this section limits the use of funds for any Federal, State, tribal, or local law enforcement agency of any other entity carrying out criminal investigations, prosecution, or adjudication activities.
Computer Network. JHTSL shall establish and maintain a technology and communication center, at a location designated by JHTSL, for use in electronically transmitting returns, applications and other related materials to Republic in a secure manner.
Computer Network. MARC will procure all required hardware and software. Any equipment (e.g. switches, routers, hubs, etc.) that is used for the field communication back bone will be considered part of the computer network. MARC may engage a private firm or firms selected by the Steering Committee to provide technical support and maintain the Operation Green Light computer network.
Computer Network. Upon LS&CO.'s reasonable request, Licensee will enable itself to use and will use, with LS&CO. and other LS&CO. licensees, an extranet or other electronic linkage system specified by LS&CO. Licensee will at its expense (not to exceed $5,000 in any Annual Period) acquire and maintain appropriate enabling hardware, software and enhancements.
Computer Network. A connected network of computing hardware, software, firmware and associated electronic components and mobile devices, including industrial control systems and SCADA systems (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition systems), other peripheral devices, hosted computer resources or authorized personal devices, under the ownership, operation, approval or control of, or leased by an Insured Company.
Computer Network. 12. In consideration for the privilege of using the Xxxxxx-Fairlawn Computer Network and in consideration for having access to the information contained on it, the user hereby releases the Xxxxxx-Fairlawn Computer Network, its operators and administrators, the Board of Education of the Xxxxxx-Fairlawn City School District, its employees, agents, and any institutions with which they are affiliated from any and all claims of any nature arising from the use, or inability to use, the Xxxxxx-Fairlawn Computer Network.
Computer Network. The Company shall establish and maintain a technology and communication center, at a location designated by the Company, for use in electronically transmitting Returns, Applications and other related materials to HSBC.
Computer Network. If the Company will process its own loans or otherwise needs access to a loan origination system, Xxxxx Fargo, or one of its Affiliates, shall lease to the Company (and the Company shall be required to utilize), the computer software and computer network used by Retail Offices to conduct a residential mortgage business. The terms and conditions of these lease arrangements, which shall terminate automatically upon any dissolution of the Company subject to an additional period as necessary to wind down the business of the Company, shall be set forth in a separate written lease agreement to be agreed upon and executed by the Xxxxx Fargo or its Affiliate and the Company (attached as Exhibit 1). Terms of the lease agreement shall be set at rates that reflect actual rates charged Retail Offices for Xxxxx Fargo’s internal reporting purposes for similar software and network access as adjusted from time to time.

Computer Network. The parties acknowledge that Seller's employees are currently installing a separate computer network for the corporate office of Whitxxxxx (xxe "Corporate Network") and that Seller's employees currently maintain a computer network for the corporate office and other operating units of Whitxxxxx (xxe "Company Network"). Buyer agrees to use its reasonable efforts to (a) complete the installation of the Corporate Network following the Closing at no cost to Whitxxxxx xx its Affiliates and (b) maintain the Company Network for a period of 30 days after the Closing Date in a manner comparable to the manner in which Seller currently maintains the Company Network at no cost to Whitxxxxx xx its Affiliates (but not requiring more than 32 man-hours of work for such maintenance). In addition, as long as Buyer maintains the Business in the building located at 1785 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxyer will forward all electronic mail that it receives for employees of Whitxxxxx xx any of its Affiliates to Whitxxxxx xx such Affiliate.
