Other Materials definition

Other Materials means any and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio, video or other materials to be provided to Target Prescribers/Accounts by CAMs in connection with Commercialization activities other than Promotion, as developed and approved in accordance with Section 4.1.

The Year 0000 Xxxxxxxx does not apply to any data or other information provided to TSI by any information provider. Accordingly, TSI shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the fact that any such data or other information is not Year 2000 Compliant.
