Other Materials means any hardware, firmware, software (including --------------- databases and operating systems), and other materials, and any data or information, which are used in connection with the TSI Products and are not part of the TSI Products, including any other materials, software, data or information provided by the Reuters Parties or a Third-party licensee or distributor of the Reuters Parties and used in connection with the TSI Products. The Year 0000 Xxxxxxxx does not apply to any data or other information provided to TSI by any information provider. Accordingly, TSI shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the fact that any such data or other information is not Year 2000 Compliant.
