Commercial Use Only. 2.5.1 The marketing opportunity presented in the WHAP is for commercial use only, and the Affiliate, its family members, friends or associates may not make Deposits, directly or indirectly, through any of its Trackers for its or its own personal use or to increase the amounts payable to it under this Agreement by any act which involves Fraud.

You represent, warrant and guaranty that all accounts and/or other services, including any particular transaction shall be for commercial use, and no service or transaction shall otherwise be used for any consumer, household or familial purpose whatsoever. We may require that the Business designate an Account Administrator who will serve as our contact with regard to all business and transactions relating to or arising from the account(s) of the business. We may also require other documentation to show the validity or good standing of the business organization, and may require updated signature cards or other documentation; and reserve the right to restrict any and all transactions if such information or documentation is not provided.

Changing This Agreement The Credit Union may change the terms of this Agreement, including the Annual Percentage Rate, at any time. Except where limited by applicable law, the new terms, including, but not limited to, increasing the finance charge or the way the Credit Union calculates finance charges, late charges, and the minimum payment due, will apply both to new purchases and cash advances and to the existing outstanding balance of your account as of the day of the change. The Credit Union will notify you of any increased charge or change by writing to you at the most recent address shown for you on the Credit Union's records.

Commercial Use Only. Business checking accounts are intended for business and commercial use only. If any of your business checking accounts are being used for personal, family or household purposes, we reserve the right to change the Account to a personal checking account.
Commercial Use Only. The Sub Landlord agrees to lease the Premises to the Sub Tenant for use as a commercial premises only. The Sub Tenant undertakes not to use it for any other purpose including, but not limited to using it as a residential home. The Sub Tenant further agrees to only use it for the Permitted Use Purposes set out in Schedule 1. The Sub Tenant is responsible for determining whether or not the zoning is appropriate for its intended use, and acknowledges that past uses of the Subleased Premises may no longer be allowed. If the Premises do not comply with said warranty, or in the event that the applicable requirements are hereafter changed, the rights and obligations of Sub Landlord and Sub Tenant shall be as provided in the Original Lease. Sub Tenant acknowledges that (i) it has been advised to satisfy itself with respect to the condition of the Premises (including but not limited to the electrical, HVAC and fire sprinkler systems, security, environmental aspects, and compliance with all applicable requirements) and their suitability for Sub Tenant’s intended use; (ii) Sub Tenant has made such investigation as it deems necessary with reference to such matters and assumes all responsibility therefor as the same relate to its occupancy of the Premises; and (iii) neither Sub Landlord, Sub Landlord’s agents, nor any broker has made any oral or written representations or warranties with respect to said matters other than as set forth in this Agreement. In addition, Sub Landlord acknowledges that it is Sub Landlord’s soleresponsibility to investigate the financial capability and/or suitability of all proposed tenants.
