Relocation Allowance. An employee who is promoted and required by agency policy to relocate his residence shall be granted time off with pay for one workday for this purpose. In addition, the employee shall be granted travel time to the new location based on the most direct route. No employee will be credited with more than the number of hours in the employee’s regular workday and such time shall not be counted as hours worked for the purpose of computing compensatory time or overtime.

Relocation Allowance. The employee may apply for an advance for relocation expenses sufficient to cover the cost of allowable expenses. Such advance shall be accounted for or repaid upon completion of the relocation.
Relocation Allowance. 54.1 Where on employment, promotion or transfer, it is necessary for an employee to move from one location to another to take up duty and the reasonable cost of so moving is at the expense of Territory Generation, the employee may be paid a relocation allowance to assist with their immediate accommodation needs.
54.2 The rate of relocation allowance will be set out in Schedule 2 for:
(a) an employee only; and
(b) an employee with a resident family unit.
54.3 For the purpose of this allowance, the resident family unit rate is applicable where the employee’s spouse, children or any other person who resided with the employee as part of the employee’s family unit prior to relocation, accompanied the employee upon relocation and for whom the cost of that relocation was met by Territory Generation.
54.4 Where an employee is provided with accommodation, the CEO may approve payment of a relocation allowance of a once only payment of one (1) fortnights allowance, irrespective of whether an accommodation cost is incurred.
54.5 Where an employee is not provided with accommodation the CEO may approve payment of a relocation allowance for a period of up to:
(a) six (6) fortnights; or
(b) ten fortnights in the case of a relocation to Xxxxxxxxx or Xxxxx Springs, if it assists with recruitment and retention in these locations.
Relocation Allowance. Coach is eligible for a relocation allowance for costs associated with relocation in accordance with UAP 4020, New Employee Relocation Allowance. The amount for relocation expenses under this section will be a one-time amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00), paid to Coach in Coach’s regular paycheck upon the successful completion of a Relocation Allowance Request form to be submitted by the hiring officer. Relocation allowance amounts and the value of any hotel rooms or temporary housing provided at no cost to the Coach during the relocation period are reported as taxable income to the Coach, and applicable withholding taxes will be withheld from payment. Coach’s year-end tax statement (Form W-2) will include the gross amount of this allowance and all applicable taxes withheld in the calendar year of the payment. If Coach fails to complete the first Contract Employment Year, Coach is required to repay a prorated portion of the allowance, proportional to the number of months remaining on the first Contract Employment Year. Coach also agrees and understands that reimbursement may be accomplished in whole or in part via deduction from Coach’s final paycheck as permitted by New Mexico law, Xxxxxxx 00-0-0 XXXX (1978). The amount of the deduction will not exceed the minimum wages to which the Coach would be entitled under state and federal law. Coach further agrees and understands that if the deduction from Coach’s final check does not reimburse the University in full for moving expenses paid to the Coach, Coach will reimburse the University the remaining balance within sixty (60) days of the termination date. Coach understands agrees that all compensation set forth in this Section is subject to compliance with University policies and procedures, the Mountain West Conference (MWC) rules and regulations, and the NCAA policies and procedures.

MRMC will reimburse Resident up to One Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($1,500.00) for approved moving expenses Resident incurs in relocating to the Florence, South Carolina area, or to a location within the Designated Radius (as defined above) for Resident's first (1st) twelve (12) months of participation in the Program. MRMC agrees to provide such reimbursement upon Resident's presentment of documentation, satisfactory to MRMC, evidencing such expenses. Resident shall present such relocation expenses no later than ninety (90) days following the Effective Date of this Agreement and Resident's commencement of the Program.
