A resignation Clause Samples

A resignation clause outlines the process and requirements for an individual to formally leave their position or terminate their role within an organization. Typically, it specifies how notice must be given, such as requiring written notification and a minimum notice period before the departure becomes effective. This clause ensures both parties are aware of the expectations and procedures for ending the relationship, thereby providing clarity and minimizing potential disputes during the transition.
