Purpose of collaboration. The purpose of the Collaboration is to conduct research, product development and clinical activities and seek Regulatory Approvals related to Products in the Territory and to commercialize Products in the Territory. The parties will collaborate exclusively with each other with respect to the development and commercialization of the Products in the Territory and the Field. The parties intend to share equally in certain costs of developing Products in the Major Markets and in any ultimate Operating Profits or Losses.

Sharing appropriate information related to the activities in the field of research would have clear benefits for [company/institution] and the project Consortia. Therefore, for the collaboration to be meaningful the Correspondents shall endeavour: to perform and fulfil, promptly, actively and on time, all stated intentions, including in particular the submission of sufficient information to each other to enable meaningful reporting of the collaboration conducted under this LETTER. to notify each other promptly of any significant problem and delay likely to affect the intended collaboration and to use reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of any information or materials it supplies hereunder and promptly to correct any error therein of which it is notified. The Consortium shall inform the Collaborator on a semi-annual basis in writing about decisions adopted by the Consortium, if any, and about the status of the research programme within the frame of EMPIR specified above. The Consortium shall upon commencement of the collaboration and also each time its composition changes, automatically inform the Collaborator of such changes. The same shall apply with regards to entities that collaborate with the Consortium in a manner similar to the one agreed upon herein (other collaborators). Any activities under this LETTER shall be subject to the availability of appropriate funds, personnel and other resources. Each party of this LETTER shall bear the costs it will incur in connection with the implementation of this collaboration.
Purpose of collaboration. Aequus and Ehave plan to collaborate on conducting trials both in the traditional pharmaceutical drug regulatory regime and in the medical and recreational cannabis regulatory regime. The initial pharmaceutical drug for such collaboration is for a central nervous system (CNS) condition, to be confirmed with mutual agreement.
Purpose of collaboration. The above schools’ Governing Bodies have agreed to convene a joint collaborative committee on an ad hoc basis to act as a panel of governors required for staff disciplinary hearings, appeals panels, pupil exclusions and other panels. Collaboration between the above Governing Bodies will allow for a greater degree of impartiality on such issues. A collaborating Governing Body may choose, but is not required, to call upon the Collaborative Committee only if the collaborating Governing Body is unable to provide sufficient governors without prior involvement for a panel from among their own number. Membership and Appointment Membership will consist of any three governors from a collaborating Governing Body who have had no prior involvement in the matter. Each panel must always have at least one member from the Governing Body of the school handling the case. Any governor who has participated in a panel for a staffing decision cannot sit on the appeal panel against that decision. At least one governor serving on the panel will have received appropriate training. The Committee to be clerked by an experienced Senior Clerk who will be trained and can advise appropriately. Clerking will be paid for by whichever school requests the panel to be convened. Each panel will appoint a panel chair once convened. If no Senior Clerk from the collaborating schools is available, Governor Support will help to provide one. In the event of a potential Employment Tribunal, members of the Hearing Panel may be called upon to give evidence. Frequency of meetings and quorum The Collaborative Committee will meet as and when required. A panel provided by the Collaborative Committee must consist of - 3 governors (+1 reserve) - at least one governor from the school handling the case - the remaining to be appointed from any other school, though not more than one member from a school The quorum for meetings of the Collaborative Committee will be three governors.
