COLLABORATIVE COMMITTEE. A. Purpose The purpose of the Collaborative Committee is to promote cooperation, to establish and maintain positive relationships and to serve as a means of communication through which information and concerns may be transmitted between the Association and the Board. The meetings of this Collaborative Committee are not intended to bypass the grievance procedure or appropriate district communication channels. B. The committee shall consist of six members: 1. Three (3) members of the Association 2. Three (3) members of the Board C. Scheduling of Meetings 1. Meetings will be scheduled as needed.
