Hearing Panel definition

Hearing Panel means a panel responsible for adjudicating disciplinary cases pursuant to a Notice of Charges authorized by a Review Panel.

Hearing Panel means a panel selected in accordance with Section D of this procedure to hear grievances and render a decision with respect thereto.
