Research Collaboration definition

Research Collaboration means the overall collaboration between the Parties.
Research Collaboration means the program of research, discovery, characterization, optimization and pre-clinical and clinical testing of Collaboration Compounds pursuant to this Agreement and the Research Plans, as described in Article 2.
Research Collaboration means the research activities undertaken by the Parties during the Research Term pursuant to Sections 2.1 to 2.3 below.

More Definitions of Research Collaboration

Research Collaboration shall have the meaning given in Section 2.1.
