Posting of Work Schedule. 17.01 The schedule of hours of work for each job site shall be posted on the employee web based portal named “WHEN TO WORK each Friday for the upcoming one (1) week period. If an employee is unable to access a schedule on the above noted portal then the employee must attend the Company’s office to sign for a copy of the said schedule. Each employee shall be responsible to check his posted schedule on a regular basis to confirm his shifts and become aware of any schedule changes. No employee shall be responsible for missing a shift if the scheduling change was posted after he left the site and this change was not acknowledged or confirmed by the affected employee. Employees who work on a temporary work site shall be informed of their schedule as required. Temporary site schedules shall be provided in writing to the guard if requested and providing they are to exceed seventy-two (72) hours in length.

Posting of Work Schedule. The Employer agrees to post a work schedule for all employees covered by this Agreement no later than the twentieth (20th) day of the month immediately preceding the month for which the schedule is to apply. The posted schedule for any employee shall not be changed without the consent of the affected employee.

An employee with less than one (1) year of service in their classification may submit their preference of schedule and days off assignment at the discretion of the Director of Facilities Management/designee. The Director of Facilities Management/designee will make shift and days off assignments based on seniority within classification. In the event the College expands to include additional campuses that require full-time staffing, or in the event of a vacancy, employees may submit their campus work location preference. The Parties will meet to discuss how locations will be staffed. The Director of Facilities Management/designee will make campus location assignments based on the most senior qualified employee within the classification, based on operational need.
Posting of Work Schedule. A schedule of starting times for all Employees for the following week shall be posted at least sixty (60) hours in advance. In the event it is necessary to change the Employee's starting time, he/she shall be notified by the Employer at the completion of his/her work day. The only time a change can be made is in case of emergency.
