Internet Access. Data and information may be made electronically accessible to the Company through Internet access to one or more links provided by the Administrator or a sub-administrator (“Web Link”). All rights in Web Link (including text and “look and feel” attributes) are owned by the sub-administrator. Any commercial use of the content or any other aspect of Web Link requires the written permission of the sub-administrator. Use of the Web Link by the Company will be subject to any terms of use set forth on the web site. Web Link and the information (including text, graphics and functionality) in the Web Link is presented “As Is” and “As Available” without express or implied warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The sub-administrator neither warrants that the Web Link will be uninterrupted or error free, nor guarantees the accessibility, reliability, performance, timeliness, sequence, or completeness of information provided on the Web Link.

Internet Access. Hotels and Airports Employees who travel may need to access their e-mail at night. Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.

The School’s internet connection is filtered, meaning that a large amount of inappropriate material is not accessible. However, on occasions it may be possible to view a website which is inappropriate for use in a school. In this case the website must be reported immediately to the Headteacher. Staff must not therefore access from the School's system any web page or any files downloaded from the web which could be regarded as illegal, offensive, in bad taste or immoral. Misuse of the internet may, in certain circumstances, constitute a criminal offence. In particular, misuse of the e-mail system or inappropriate use of the internet by viewing, accessing, transmitting or downloading any of the following material, or using any of the following facilities, will amount to gross misconduct (this list is not exhaustive): • Accessing pornographic material (that is writings, pictures, films, video clips of a sexually explicit or arousing nature), racist or other inappropriate or unlawful materials; • transmitting a false and/or defamatory statement about any person or organisation; • sending, receiving, downloading displaying or disseminating material which is discriminatory, offensive, derogatory or may cause offence and embarrassment or harass others; • transmitting confidential information about the School and any of its staff, students or associated third parties; • transmitting any other statement which is likely to create any liability (whether criminal or civil, and whether for the employee or for the School); • downloading or disseminating material in breach of copyright; • engaging in online chat rooms, instant messaging, social networking sites and online gambling; • forwarding electronic chain letters and other materials; • accessing, downloading, storing, transmitting or running any material that presents or could present a risk of harm to a child. Any such action will be treated very seriously and may result in disciplinary action up to and including summary dismissal. Internet Access. A feature of your Portfolio is that you will have access to online valuations via the internet. In relation to this access to online service you should note the following; • The valuation will be shown in the base currency selected when the account was opened. This cannot be amended online. • A password will be issued by FIM for use on the relevant section of the FIM website. • The password cannot be changed by the user. • The password has no expiry date. • Should the password be forgotten FIM will issue a replacement password upon request. • It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the password remains confidential and is not disclosed to a third party who may then access the information. • FIM take no responsibility for any actions taken by a third party should they become aware of your password once it is allocated to you. • No investment instructions can be given via the website. • The valuation will be generally calculated using the previous day’s closing cash balances, securities prices and exchange rates. Prices displayed may not necessarily be those achieved when dealing is processed even if on the same day. FIM cannot guarantee the accuracy of pricing received from an external source. • Deals transacted during the day may not be reflected on the valuation until the settlement date.

You must maintain at a minimum, one business e-mail address that will be the primary receiving point for all e-mail correspondence for the Department. You may list additional addresses at contract execution. The additional addresses may be for a specific department/division of yours or for specific employees. During any period that the Department directly funds your Internet service, you must use the Department assigned e-mail address as their primary e-mail address. You may list additional e-mail points of contact in the same manner as listed above. You must notify the Department of any e-mail changes within five business days from the effective date of the change.
