Optional Tasks. Contractor based proposed scope on the scope provided in the RFP, however, a number of technical reports are not yet available and there is some uncertainty regarding the results of the initiative ballot measure. Optional Tasks. The following tasks are included in the scope of work and fee but will be authorized individually by the Airport. If not authorized by the Airport in writing, work will not proceed, and the Airport will not be billed for these items. Task O.1 – Safety Risk Management (SRM) Meeting – This task will be completed if a preferred development alternative is selected which includes the need for a modification to standards or if requested by the Airport and FAA ADO. This task includes a meeting facilitated by the FAA to gather input from stakeholders on the modification to standards request or upcoming project phasing or layout. SEH will assist the Airport and FAA in developing a list of invitees including, but not limited to, FAA lines of business, key users, commercial and regular general aviation users, etc. SEH will prepare meeting handouts, presentations, participate in the meeting and produce meeting minutes. If possible, this meeting may be scheduled concurrently with an FAA Part 139 Certification Inspection. Optional Tasks. The RTC shall have the right to exercise its option(s) for any optional tasks or subtasks identified in this Agreement. CONSULTANT will prepare and submit a detailed scope of services reflecting the specific optional services requested, a schedule for such services and a cost proposal. RTC will review and approve the scope of services and RTC and CONSULTANT will discuss and agree upon compensation and a schedule. CONSULTANT shall undertake no work on any optional task without written notice to proceed with the performance of said task.
