For Additional Services. OWNER shall pay CONSULTANT for Additional Services rendered under Section 2 as follows:

For Additional Services. As compensation for the performance of the Additional Services rendered by TRANSYSTEMS under Section 2, CLIENT shall pay TRANSYSTEMS, in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.4, as follows: Additional Services of TRANSYSTEMS principals and employees engaged directly on the Project and rendered pursuant to Section 2, on the basis of TRANSYSTEMS’ Schedule of Rates and Expenses then in effect.
For Additional Services. 6.1.3 When compensation is based on a percentage of Construction Cost, and any portions of the Project are deleted or otherwise not constructed, compensation for such portions of the Project shall be payable to the extent services are performed on such portions, in accordance with the schedule set forth in Subparagraph 14.1.2, based on (1) the <lowest bona fide bid or negotiated proposal> GMP or, (2) if no such bid or proposal is received, the most recent Statement of probable construction cost or detailed estimate of Construction Cost for such portions of the Project.
For Additional Services. The County shall pay Consultant for Additional Services, as defined below, as follows:

For Additional Services not included in the original Agreement that are provided by the Consultant and any Sub-consultants in accordance with Section 4.3, the State shall pay the Consultant Additional Services Fees in an amount negotiated to the mutual reasonable satisfaction of the State and the Consultant, but in all events, such Additional Services Fees shall not exceed two-and-one-half times the Direct Personnel Expense incurred by the Consultant and any applicable Sub-consultant in providing those Additional Services.

OWNER shall pay ENGINEER for Additional Services rendered under Section 2 on the basis of ENGINEER’s Direct Labor Costs times a factor of 2.61 plus a fee equal to 12% of the total labor amount and Reimbursable Expenses. Payments to ENGINEER for Additional Services shall be made in accordance with paragraph 5.2 of this Agreement.
For Additional Services specified in an Additional Services Authorization to be a not-to-exceed amount, the actual costs for such Services, which shall be equal or less than the not-to-exceed amount prescribed in the Additional Services Authorization.
