Key Users definition

Key Users means the Level 1 support team at Buyer or any other Buyer assigned team members to be part of Key Users;
Key Users means the Football Parties and the Cricket Parties and includes any of their employees, agents, contractors, advisers, consultants and officers. Land Conditions means any physical conditions on, under or over the surface or in the vicinity of, the Site including: (a) (water and gas): ground gas, ground water, ground water hydrology, surface water, water quality, salinity, the existence of any xxxxx and the effects of any dewatering; (b) (physical structures): physical and structural conditions above, upon and below the ground including any fill, waste material, underground obstructions, infrastructure (including utilities and transport infrastructure), partially completed structures, Artefacts or in ground works; (c) (vegetation and fauna): plants, grasses or other vegetation and fauna on the Site; (d) (topography): topography, ground surface and sub-surface conditions and geology including rock or other materials, the effects of loading and unloading and soil quality; (e) (climate): climatic and weather conditions, rain, stormwater, surface water run-off and drainage, water seepage, wind, wind-blown dust and sand storms, airborne salinity, humidity, mud and other effects of climatic and weather conditions; (f) (contamination): any contamination or any substance above background concentrations; (g) (acid sulphate soils): any soils and sediments that contain iron Term Meaning sulfides; and (h) (easements): all easements over or in connection with the Site, whether or not they were in existence or known to the Operator before the date of this Agreement.
Key Users a list of defined End Users that have extended access to ITSM material and systems to perform their role, as well as End Users who have the authority to grant authorisation on other End Users to access the End to End Services;

Examples of Key Users in a sentence

  • Customer will ensure that all Key Users are familiar with the support process including Ticket creation and processing via the SAP Support Portal or Customers SAP Solution Manager Application.

  • Problem Management means accepting tickets from Key Users according to defined SLA’s, root cause analysis and resolution of Problems according to defined scope of applications to which CAS Functional Application Management Services apply and agreed SLA’s, recommendations on application and system optimization, ticket-based documentation and request involvement of Product Support when necessary.

  • Request Fulfillment means accepting tickets from Key Users according to defined SLA’s, implementation of Service Request, request for Continuous Operations and agreed Standard Change according to defined scope of applications to which CAS Functional Application Management Services apply and agreed SLA’s, ticket-based documentation.

  • The Customer Key Users, Business Subject Matter Expert and IT Subject Matter Expert will work through the Customer Project Manager.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Users means your employees, representatives, consultants, contractors or agents who are authorized to use the Subscription Service for your benefit and have unique user identifications and passwords for the Subscription Service.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.
