Key Users means the Level 1 support team at Buyer or any other Buyer assigned team members to be part of Key Users;
Key Users means the Football Parties and the Cricket Parties and includes any of their employees, agents, contractors, advisers, consultants and officers. Land Conditions means any physical conditions on, under or over the surface or in the vicinity of, the Site including: (a) (water and gas): ground gas, ground water, ground water hydrology, surface water, water quality, salinity, the existence of any ▇▇▇▇▇ and the effects of any dewatering; (b) (physical structures): physical and structural conditions above, upon and below the ground including any fill, waste material, underground obstructions, infrastructure (including utilities and transport infrastructure), partially completed structures, Artefacts or in ground works; (c) (vegetation and fauna): plants, grasses or other vegetation and fauna on the Site; (d) (topography): topography, ground surface and sub-surface conditions and geology including rock or other materials, the effects of loading and unloading and soil quality; (e) (climate): climatic and weather conditions, rain, stormwater, surface water run-off and drainage, water seepage, wind, wind-blown dust and sand storms, airborne salinity, humidity, mud and other effects of climatic and weather conditions; (f) (contamination): any contamination or any substance above background concentrations; (g) (acid sulphate soils): any soils and sediments that contain iron Term Meaning sulfides; and (h) (easements): all easements over or in connection with the Site, whether or not they were in existence or known to the Operator before the date of this Agreement.
Key Users means MBC staff in Provider, Claims and other NSC departments involved in supporting centralized functions on the AMISYS System.

Key Users means - the individuals the MOD will assign as primary contacts to Kyndryl with respect to problem determination, and who are familiar with the MOD’s applica- tions and operations and also familiar with skill areas including printer operations, physical connections to servers, printers and workstations and the MOD network envi- ronment and operations (e.g. LAN, WAN). Landing Zone – means the zCloud machine within the zCloud Complex, which is for hosting clients’ systems migrating to zCloud which do not initially meet the zCloud Ser- vice Criteria for software currency as defined in the zCloud Service Plan. MSU means - millions of service units and is a capacity measurement used for licens- ing software by some vendors including Kyndryl. Kyndryl defines the ratio between MSU and MIPS. This ratio varies between processor families and models. Each Sys- tem z server model will have a stated MSU rating. N(n) - 1 means where N(n) is the current instance of whatever is being discussed (Software version, hardware generation, system configuration) N(n) -1 is therefore the previous instance. Operational Documentation means – the documentation Kyndryl provides to the MOD, which includes, but is not limited to, the processes and procedures for incident Patch means - a software fix and is synonymous with" Program Temporary Fix. Peak 4 Hour Rolling Average means - the highest MIPS used during any consecutive four hour measurement period. Primary Server means - the Server within the zCloud Complex which has been as- signed to host a the MOD LPAR(s) during normal operation.
