Project Delivery. Contractor shall construct the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents, and Contractor shall deliver the Project completed in accordance with the Contract Documents, substantially free from defects, and within the Contract Time.
Project Delivery. The CMGC shall commence the Basic Services immediately upon the Effective Date of the Contract and shall commence physical work at the Site as of the Proceed Order Date specified in the Proceed Order issued by the Owner. CM/GC shall construct the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents, and shall diligently perform all the Work required by the Contract Documents or reasonably inferable from industry standards and code requirements. The CM/GC shall provide consultation concerning replacement of Work damaged by fire or other cause during construction, and furnish all Basic Services required in connection with the replacement of such Work. Such consultation will be considered an additional service and will be provided pursuant to a Change Order unless the fire or other damage was caused as a result of the negligence of the CM/GC or its subcontractors. If the cost of the replacement or repair of the damage is reimbursable under the terms of any insurance policy, the full amount of any such insurance recovery shall be applied to the Project for the benefit of the Owner.
Project Delivery. The final web site design project will be published to the Client's hosting service upon receipt of final payment or delivered via diskette upon the receipt of full payment. The Client understands that the Contractor does not provide any hosting services in connection with this Web Design Project. Hosting services require a separate contract with the hosting service of the Client's choice. The Client agrees to select a hosting service which allows the Contractor full access to the Client's account The Client will be solely responsible for any and all hosting service charges.

Project Delivery. This part applied for all orders, except if the 'do it yourself' is chosen whereby the Client will be responsible for the installation himself. In all other cases the installation will be guided by an Fuzer Project Manager. During the whole project, the Fuzer Project Manager will be the Client’s single point of contact. A number of project management and configuration hours are foreseen on the order form to implement the agreed configuration. By default, the Fuzer solution will be pre-configured with the Fuzer’s Standard Call Flow defined within the order. The Fuzer Project Manager will install the last validated release of the Standard Call Flow except if expressly requested otherwise in the order. All additional Call Flows or adaptation of the Standard Call Flows will not be made unless a written agreement exists on the extra project time that is required for the implementation and on the extra processing power that could be required to handle those extra Call Flows. Those requests will be considered as change request.
