Intersection Improvements definition

Intersection Improvements means the improvements at the intersections of SR 128 and BIA 93, and at SR 128 and the Emergency Access Road, as provided in Section 16.4 and Exhibit A.
Intersection Improvements means those improvements to the Hard Road and Sawmill Road intersection (Dublin Capital Improvement Project No. ET0605) which shall include the addition of right-turn lanes, additional left-turn lanes and modifications to the traffic signal, sidewalks, shared-use paths, storm drainage, pavement markings and regulatory signage.
Intersection Improvements means installation of a hybrid roundabout with the following configuration:

  • The City shall defer the requirement for construction of the Beach/Center Intersection Improvements if, prior to construction, the City’s Traffic Engineer determines that the intersection does not require realignment based on contemporary traffic engineering principles.

  • Sunlake Boulevard/Rhombus Court Intersection Improvements as part of the SR 52 reconstruction project from east of Suncoast Parkway to east of US Hwy 41.


More Definitions of Intersection Improvements

Intersection Improvements means the installation of traffic signals at Winchester Road and Thornton Road intersection and construction of such other structures as described and illustrated in Schedule “A” of this Agreement and more specifically set out in the construction contract drawings prepared by Parsons, dated November 23, 2017;
Intersection Improvements means the improvements to the intersection of Bruton Road, Sam Houston Road and Peachtree Road that the City is required to construct in Article VII of this Agreement.
Intersection Improvements are defined in Section 3.12.4.

Related to Intersection Improvements

  • System improvements means capital improvements to public facilities which are designed to provide service to a service area.

  • Minimum Improvements means the acquisition of land and construction of a 152-unit market rate residential apartment building, construction of a stormwater pond and related improvements. The Minimum Improvements are more fully depicted in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Licensee Improvements means any improvement, enhancement, modification, derivative work or upgrade to any of Licensor Patent Rights made, conceived, reduced to practice, affixed or otherwise developed by or on behalf of Licensee during the term of this Agreement and solely as exercised under the License.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas.
