Host Responsibilities. The Host is responsible for local information. After the site selection has been completed, the host must make all local arrangements or provide information to such to ▇▇▇▇. This includes but not limited to, inspection of site, transportation information, entertainment options, provision of staff and equipment as needed. This includes ancillary equipment such as cables, mirrors, fog machines not already provided by any equipment sponsors. Additional items that may be required will are listed on Schedule I which signed by both parties and forms part of this contract.
Host Responsibilities. 5.1 The Host shall provide the Host Services for the duration of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Host is only responsible for the Host Services and will not be responsible, or held to account, for the success of the Better Care Together Programme.
5.2 The Host shall provide and be responsible for the Equipment required for the provision of the Host Services.

Consistent with the Schedule and in addition to the other obligations of Host under this Agreement, Host will, during the term of this Agreement and at its expense: (a) maintain a dedicated clearance space around the EV Equipment of at least the minimum clearance space specified in the EV Equipment manufacturer’s installation and operation specifications or the minimum clearance space specified by applicable laws, rules and regulations, whichever is greater; (b) provide dedicated parking stall(s) for charging electric vehicles using the EV Equipment; (c) promote the availability of EV charging at the Premises to personnel of Host and other potential EV charging participants; (d) mount signage in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; (e) survey EV charging participants and potential EV charging participants who are using or eligible to use the EV Equipment at the Premises annually or as otherwise requested by Company about charging preferences and actual charging patterns and about other transportation electrification related topics and provide all survey results to Company; and (f) upon Company's request, allow Company or its service providers to use Host's Internet service for purposes of transmitting data to Company from the EV Equipment.

Household items provided, such as towels, sheet, pillowcases need to be clean - Build positive relationships with students through mutual communication and trust. - Respect the students’ right to privacy whilst realising that privacy does not equate to isolation. - Acknowledge the significance of culture, customs, language and beliefs in the life of their student and accommodate appropriately for these within the family’s life. - Offer a private bedroom equipped with a bed, table, chair, lamp, wardrobe, and other necessary facilities to each student. - The room offered to the student must be a designated room within the family living environment and must comply with the Queensland Government building code. - A student is not to share a room with another student nor with a member of the family, unless specifically requested and confirmed with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. - Allow students to use shared living areas, such as dining, lounge, kitchen, laundry, bathroom, and toilet facilities. - Conduct an orientation for students, introducing them about house amenities, security measures, and applicable house regulations, such as guests visiting, household chores, curfews, kitchen conduct, household tasks and dinner time, etc. - Offer healthy meals as per the agreed meal plan for the placement, ranging from self- catering options to fully catered meal plans. - Help students in comprehending community services such as banks, emergency services, and public transport. - Provide assistance to students in obtaining medical attention if required. - Reside within 60 minutes travel time by public transportation to Shafston International College. - Allocate sufficient time every day to the student(s) to assist them in learning about Australian culture and English language. - English must be spoken at all times when communicating with the student and must be of high standard that is comprehended by t...
Host Responsibilities. A. Host club receives any profits less expenses and revenue sharing (See 3) Event Revenue Sharing.
a. Accurate Tournament fees and financial reports are required within 30 days of tournament completion date and shall include copies of receipts for expenses greater than $250.00.
b. Host shall keep an appropriate accounting system in which all Events financial activities (income and disbursements) shall be recorded. Such records shall be maintained for a period of not less than one (1) year and shall be readily available for inspection by SAC or its designated representative.
c. SAC funding penalty (10% per month) for each month not submitted will be assessed against current year’s bill.
d. If current bill is paid but not penalties, then forfeiture of future year and any future years hosting until penalties paid.
e. Failure of paid penalties, in the current year, will be assumed to be abandonment of tournament host obligations for the following year.
f. Host is responsible for posting SAC event to Sport80 website a minimum of Six months prior to the start of the event. i Event participation cost will be approved by SAC prior to posting.

As such, Euro Tour Tournament Directors should review this portion of the agreement carefully and evaluate your resources objectively to ensure you and your team will meet these standards. Produce event graphic design as early as 6 months prior to the start of the event. PDGA Europe MUST review and approve design(s) to meet normal etiquette standards and mitigate any potential conflict of interest with any sponsorship arrangements. Coordinate and manage the solicitation of local and regional event sponsors. Assist PDGA Europe or their partners/resources on generation of local and regional publicity. Provide event information (i.e. tournament name, dates, venues, sponsor info, event schedule, course and hotel directions, contact information, course map, ground rules, and any other information pertinent to the event) to be posted on the HOST web site or sent to PDGA Europe Tour Manager. Include PDGA Europe and Euro Tour logo on event website, promo material and other related social media pages on prime position. MUST coordinate with PDGA Europe Tour Manager 120 days from start of event to identify and execute any and all Media initiatives. All video, audio, and photographic rights of the event are retained by PDGA Europe. Dedicated media workspace with power, internet access, and shelter from elements required at tournament central.
