Agreement Manager. 16.1.1 Without limiting the Department’s obligations or rights in respect of such matters the Department will appoint an Agreement Manager who may subject to Clause 16.1.2 exercise the rights and powers conferred by this Agreement upon the Department.
Agreement Manager. Contractor must designate an Agreement Manager and must provide the name of that person in writing to City within thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of this Agreement and annually by January 1st of each subsequent Calendar Year of this Agreement and any other time the person in that position changes. Agreement Manager. The Parties appoint the Company as Agreement Manager, and the Company accepts the position, which involves the duty of ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Agreement by the Parties.
