Initial Enquiry definition

Initial Enquiry means the enquiry conducted by the Mandated Group in conjunction with the Moderator of the Synod during the period beginning when it is called in by the Moderator and ending when it serves either a Notice of Non-Continuance or a Referral Notice in accordance with the Rules of Procedure. ‘Notice of Non-Continuance’ shall mean a Notice served on the Moderator of the Synod by the Mandated Group at the conclusion of the Initial Enquiry to indicate that it does not intend to proceed further with the disciplinary case against the Minister.
Initial Enquiry means the initial enquiry which the Company has submitted to Network Operator requesting a capacity study for network entry;
