EV charging. A single broken, failed or hazardous Level 2 electrical charging device used for the charging of plug-in electric vehicles, including plug-in hybrid vehicles. This coverage entitles you to a maximum term benefit limit of up to $500. Your coverage starts 30 days after receipt of your payment. The following items are “add-ons” to any other Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air Conditioning and/or Complete Home Plan(s) and are not valid unless one of these are also active at the same time, and that both a main plan and applicable add-on(s) are current in payment. If your primary plan states there is a Service Call Fee required, then this add-on coverage will have the same stipulation.   • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Daily Charge means any of the User's Daily General Charge and, in respect of Passenger Operators, the Daily Long Term Charge, as the context requires;

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the room charge, and reimbursement of the assessment as allowed in section 6.

  • Charging Period means the charging period applicable to Customer’s Service, as specified on the Order (and if not specified, a monthly Charging Period applies).

  • Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.
