The College will ensure that there are sufficient number of Grievance Officers from across the spectrum of staff levels and functional areas, including at least one at Director level. From time to time, Grievance Officers may need to have other tasks in their workload re- allocated to allow sufficient time to deal satisfactorily with a grievance.
