Group Grievances. No more than five (5) grievants will be permitted to attend grievance meetings.
Group Grievances. If the grievance involves employees with different immediate supervisors, the grievance may be filed at the appropriate step of the grievance procedure. However, such grievance will begin no higher than Step 3 of this grievance procedure.
Group Grievances. If a group of employees files a grievance, not more than three (3) employees shall represent the group at any scheduled meeting provided for in the steps listed below.
Group Grievances. Where there are group grievances in Agencies involving two (2) or more supervisors, such grievances shall be filed and processed in accordance with Step 2 of the grievance procedure. When a grievance involves employees in more than one (1) Agency, such grievance shall be filed and processed in accordance with Step 3 of this Article. The grievance shall specifically enumerate, by name, the affected employees, when known. Otherwise, the affected employees will be generically described in the grievance.
Group Grievances. Any employee who is a xxxxxxx or union representative may present a group grievance where the occurrence involves at least four (4) employees.
Group Grievances. A grievance involving more than one employee may be presented as a group grievance directly at Step One within twenty (20) working days of the date when the circumstances giving rise to the grievance could reasonably have become known by the employees.

Group Grievances. A Group Grievance shall be an alleged violation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement by two (2) or more Employees and arising out of the same set of circumstances as agreed to by the Parties. The resolution of the Group Grievance shall be binding upon all Grievors.

Should the District and/or the Union feel that the significant characteristics of a number of individual grievances or potential grievance are sufficiently alike, that it would be in the best interest of time to hear this group of grievances as one, it may do so under this procedure. Such consolidated grievances shall be carried through the procedure by one designated Grievant.
Group Grievances. Where two or more employees have grievances of a similar nature and each employee would be entitled to grieve separately, all such employees shall sign the grievance form and submit the grievance at Step No. 1 within fourteen (14) calendar days of the event giving rise to the grievances. The grievances shall be processed as one grievance subject to all applicable provisions under the grievance procedure.
