Grievances definition
Grievances filed under this Article shall begin at Step 2. Grievances under this clause shall be handled with all possible confidentiality and dispatch.
Grievances as used in this Agreement will be any matter relating to wages, hours or working conditions, including question of, or compliance with the provisions of this Agreement and shall only relate to or concern any grievance which has arisen or arises subsequent to the date of this Agreement.
Grievances means, and be limited to, disputes or differences between the Company and the Union, or employees so represented, with respect to the interpretation or application of any specific provision of this Agreement. Grievances may be filed by the Union on behalf of an employee or on behalf of a group of employees.

Grievances filed by candidates will not adversely affect a candidate’s selection for promotion.
