MANAGER agrees that for all requests for CONTRACTOR personnel: (i) at least one Supervisor shall be ordered and such Supervisor shall act as the Event Coordinator where the personnel request is for ten (10) or less personnel; (ii) for any concert or large public shows, where the personnel requested exceeds twenty (20) people, an Event Coordinator shall be ordered; and, (iii) for every ten (10) CONTRACTOR personnel requested, a minimum of one (1) Supervisor shall be ordered. When more than one teacher meeting these conditions is on recall status, the Administration will recall the teacher with more seniority. 20.5 Nothing in this Agreement will require the Board to increase the hours of a part-time teacher, guarantee the existence of any part-time position, or move a part-time teacher into a full-time position. The exception to this is when a written agreement is made between the Board and full-time teacher allowing the teacher to temporarily accept a part-time assignment with provisions for returning to a full- time position at a specified time or under specific conditions. It is agreed that such an arrangement shall be binding on both the Board and the Association.
