Government Subsidy. The Department will only make payment of Funds (as calculated in accordance with this Clause 12 of this Schedule 1) for Training Services delivered to Eligible Individuals for currently endorsed courses and qualifications as identified on the Funded Courses Report as published on the SVTS and which are on the RTO’s Funded Scope. For the avoidance of doubt, payment of Funds will only be made where the Course Commencement Date for the relevant course or qualification: falls within a period where the “Is Approved For Funding” status on the RTO’s Funded Scope Report is “Approved” (where the period is defined by the relevant “Start Date” and “End Date” in the Report); and falls within the “Effective for CCD from” and “Effective for CCD to” dates for the course as identified in the Funded Courses Report. The RTO may request (through the SVTS Enquiry function) the Department to add a VET course or qualification to the Funded Courses Report. Private copyright courses will only be considered for inclusion where relevant course documentation is provided to the Department. The Department will not be liable to make any payment to the RTO in respect of an Eligible Individual to the extent that the training or assessment they received was carried out by a person who was not at all relevant times a VTG Teacher. Subject to Clauses 12.1, 12.9, 12.13, 12.18 12.19 and 14 of this Schedule 1, the Department will pay the RTO Contact Hour Funds for scheduled hours of training and assessment reported under this Schedule 1 as having been delivered to Eligible Individuals. Subject to Clauses 12.1, 12.9, 12.13, 12.18 and 12.19 of this Schedule 1, the Department will only pay the RTO Contact Hour Funds for scheduled hours of training and assessment reported as Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) if the RTO is approved by the Department, or authorised agents of the Department, to be funded for RPL delivery under the RPL Approved Provider List. For Eligible Individuals, the Department will pay the RTO Contact Hour Funds at the hourly rate per scheduled hour as identified in Clause 12.7 of this Schedule 1. Government Subsidy. 2.1 In consideration of the Recipient’s undertaking to conduct the Trial in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Government shall provide the Subsidy to the Recipient during the trial period of the Trial in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 2.2 The approved subsidy for each unit of Subsidized Product is set out in Schedule 2 of this Agreement (“the Approved Subsidy for each unit of a Subsidized Product”). 2.3 The actual subsidy for each unit of Subsidized Product (“the Actual Subsidy for each unit of a Subsidized Product”) refers to an amount which is calculated in accordance with the method to calculate the Subsidy for each unit of a Subsidized Product as set out in Schedule 2 to this Agreement. 2.4 The approved subsidy for the Recipient is set out in Schedule 2 to this Agreement (“the Approved Subsidy for the Recipient”). 2.5 The Government shall reimburse the amount paid by the Recipient for settlement of the cost of purchase and installation of a unit of a Subsidized Product which is purchased with the provision of the Subsidy in accordance with this Agreement upon receipt and verification of documents which are submitted by the Recipient to prove that the Recipient has settled the payment of the cost of purchase and installation of that unit of the Subsidized Product PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT (A) the total amount of reimbursement paid by the Government (including reimbursement of interim payments) for that unit of the Subsidized Product shall not exceed the Approved Subsidy for each unit of the Subsidized Product and shall not exceed the Actual Subsidy for each unit of the Subsidized Product, (B) the total amount of reimbursement paid by the Government (including reimbursement of interim payments) to the Recipient for all units of Subsidized Products which are purchased with the provision of the Subsidy in accordance with this Agreement (including that unit of Subsidized Product) shall not exceed the Approved Subsidy for the Recipient, and (C) that unit of the Subsidized Product has been delivered to the Recipient and is Ready for Use. 2.6 For the avoidance of doubt, the Government will not reimburse the Recipient for any amount in excess of the Approved Subsidy for the Recipient. 2.7 Without prejudice to Clause 2.5 of this Agreement, provided that the cost of purchase and installation of a support system (such as a charging station) which has been described in the description of the Subsidized Product i...

For the avoidance of doubt, payment of Funds will only be made where the Course Commencement Date for the relevant course or qualification:
Government Subsidy. In consideration of the Government agreeing to reimburse the Private Doctor in accordance with this Agreement and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Private Doctor undertakes and agrees to observe the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Private Doctor shall be entitled to make claims to the Government for reimbursement for amounts (each amount a “Government Subsidy”) for due performance of the Services of the Private Doctor in accordance with this Agreement and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement in respect of every Scheme Participant who receives Services from the Private Doctor under the CDCC Pilot Scheme:

Government Subsidy. The Borrower is aware that the Bank is required to report the repayment of loan and the payment of interest in respect of the term loan by the Borrower to the Government as per the requirement of the Scheme. Further the Borrower acknowledges that the Bank will be able to submit the report as per the requirement of the Scheme only if the Borrower is regular in the debt servicing of the term loan and has not committed any default. The Government will directly pay the subsidy amount to the Saving Account of the Borrower registered in terms of the Scheme. The Borrower is aware that the Bank does not have any role in calculation of the subsidy amount and processing the payment of subsidy by the Government to the Borrower is not within the control of the Bank. The Borrower agrees that the Bank shall not be liable to the Borrower for any short payment /non-payment /delay in payment of subsidy by the Government.
