Enrolment Type definition

Enrolment Type means whether a particular program is being delivered as an Apprenticeship, a Traineeship, or neither an Apprenticeship nor Traineeship (‘non-Apprenticeship/Traineeship’) as specified in the Funded Programs Report and/or in Schedule 2. Evidence of Fee Concession/Fee Waiver means evidence of a Skills First Student's entitlement to a Fee Concession or Fee Waiver for Skills First subsidised training, in accordance with the Guidelines About Fees.
Enrolment Type means whether a particular course is being delivered as an Apprenticeship, a Traineeship, or neither an Apprenticeship nor Traineeship (“non- Apprenticeship/Traineeship”) as specified in the Funded Courses Report and/or in Schedule 2. Entitlement to Funded Training means the entitlement to a government subsidised place in recognised training for persons who are eligible in accordance with the criteria set out in the Act or established pursuant to the Act, and reflected in this VET Funding Contract. Evidence of Concession/Waiver/Exemption means evidence of an Eligible Individual's entitlement to concession tuition fees, or to a waiver of or exemption from tuition fees for training subsidised through the Skills First Program, in accordance with the Guidelines about Fees.

Evidence of Eligibility means evidence of an individual's eligibility for Skills First subsidised training in accordance with the eligibility requirements set out in this Contract and the Guidelines About Eligibility. Evidence of Fee Concession/Fee Waiver means evidence of a Skills First Student's entitlement to a Fee Concession or Fee Waiver for Skills First subsidised training, in accordance with the Guidelines About Fees. Evidence of Participation means evidence of a Skills First Student’s participation in learning and/or assessment that you are required to provide under Clause 9 of Schedule 1 of this Contract. Executive Director means the person holding, acting in, or performing the duties of Executive Director, Training Market Services Division of the Department.   • Document type means the type of payment request or receiving report available for creation in Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).

  • Number of Students Who Began Program means the number of students who began the program who are scheduled to complete the program within the reporting calendar year.

  • Class Year Study means a Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study as that term is defined in OATT Section 25 (OATT Attachment S).

  • Initial Enrollment Period means one of the following periods during which you may first enroll for coverage under this plan:

  • Declining enrollment means a decrease in the District's total enrollment or enrollment in a particular program or curricular / instructional offering which in the sole judgment of the board of education may adversely affect the District's current or future funding and/or the necessity of maintaining certain current or future class sections or curricular / instructional offerings.

  • Special Enrollment Period means a period of time allowed under this Plan, other than the eligible person’s Initial Enrollment Period or an Open Enrollment Period, during which an eligible person can request coverage under this Plan as a result of certain events that create special enrollment rights.

  • Annual Enrollment Period or "Enrollment Period" means the period before each policy anniversary so designated by the Sponsor and Lincoln during which you may enroll for coverage under this policy.

  • Random selection basis means a mechanism for selection of employees that:

  • Election cycle means the period beginning on the first day persons are eligible to

  • Election campaign means any campaign in support of or in

  • Qualifying student means a student who is an exceptional needs child, a South Carolina resident, and who is eligible to be enrolled in a South Carolina secondary or elementary public school at the kindergarten or later year level for the applicable school year.

  • Disenrollment means either voluntary or involuntary termination of a participant from the Independent Choices Program.

  • Eligible elector means a person who meets the specific requirements for voting at a specific election or for a specific candidate, ballot question, or ballot issue. If no specific provisions are given, an eligible elector shall be a registered elector, as defined in subsection (35) of this section.
