Credit Transfer. 3.1 Subject to all CSC policies and the curriculum requirements and course equivalencies described in both this agreement and in ATTACHMENT A for a CSC 2+2 Dual Bachelor’s Degree Completion Program, CSC agrees to accept up to 54 course transfer credits from qualified students who have successfully completed the first two (2) years of study in the WYBU Bachelor of Economics Degree: Finance.

Credit Transfer. 7.1. The Company is obliged to assess the creditworthiness of the Client and may totally or in part refuse to pay out the Credit, if the Company believes that the Client shall not be able to perform his obligations provided in the Credit agreement in a due and/or timely manner.
