Funded Courses Report definition

Funded Courses Report means a report issued and approved by the Department that includes educational and accredited vocational training courses (but not including higher education courses), as varied by the Department from time to time (including by adding courses to, or removing courses from, or changing the “Effective for CCD from”/”Effective from CCD to” dates in the report at any time).
Funded Courses Report means a report issued and approved by the Department and includes educational and accredited vocational training courses; this does not include higher education courses. The Funded Courses Report is subject to variation at any time.

Examples of Funded Courses Report in a sentence

  • The Department is not liable to pay Funds to the Training Provider in respect of an Eligible Individual’s participation in a unit of competency where the Activity End Date is after the “Subsidised Training End Date” as identified for the course in the Funded Courses Report.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, payment of Funds will only be made where the Course Commencement Date for the relevant course or qualification: falls within the “Effective for CCD from” and “Effective for CCD to” dates for the course as identified in the Training Provider’s Funded Scope; and falls within the “Effective for CCD from” and “Effective for CCD to” dates for the course as identified in the Funded Courses Report.

  • The Department is not liable to make payment of Funds for Training Services delivered to Eligible Individuals except for currently endorsed courses and qualifications as identified on the Funded Courses Report as published on the SVTS and which are on the Training Provider’s Funded Scope.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, payment of Funds will only be made where the Course Commencement Date for the relevant course or qualification: falls within a period where the “Is Approved For Funding” status on the RTO’s Funded Scope Report is “Approved” (where the period is defined by the relevant “Start Date” and “End Date” in the Report); and falls within the “Effective for CCD from” and “Effective for CCD to” dates for the course as identified in the Funded Courses Report.

  • The RTO may request (through the SVTS Enquiry function) the Department to add a VET course or qualification to the Funded Courses Report.

  • The hourly rate per scheduled hour is based on either the ‘Subsidy’ or ‘RPL Subsidy’ field of the Funded Courses Report as published on the SVTS as relevant.

  • The Department will pay the Contact Hour Funds to the RTO in respect of an Eligible Individual up to the Maximum Scheduled Hours per course or qualification as published on the Funded Courses Report.

  • The Department will only make payment of Funds (as calculated in accordance with this Clause 12 of this Schedule 1) for Training Services delivered to Eligible Individuals for currently endorsed courses and qualifications as identified on the Funded Courses Report as published on the SVTS and which are on the RTO’s Funded Scope.

  • The Department will only make payment of Funds for Training Services delivered to Eligible Individuals for currently endorsed courses and qualifications as identified on the Funded Courses Report as published on the SVTS and which are on the Training Provider’s Funded Scope.

Related to Funded Courses Report

  • Approved course means a course that has been approved by the department for the training of lead professionals.

  • Monthly Progress Report Shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.7 (Monthly Progress Report).

  • CCAA Proceedings means the proceedings commenced by the Applicant under the CCAA as contemplated by the Initial Order;

  • Founded Reports means the Department's Children, Adults, and Families Division or Law Enforcement Authority (LEA) determination, based on the evidence, that there is reasonable cause to believe that conduct in violation of the child abuse statutes or rules has occurred and such conduct is attributable to the person alleged to have engaged in the conduct.

  • Environmental Proceedings means any judicial or administrative proceedings arising from or in any way associated with any Environmental Requirement.

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, the state where Borrower’s chief executive office is located, the state of Borrower’s formation and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Bond proceedings means, collectively, this Resolution, the Certificate of Award, the Continuing Disclosure Agreement, the Registrar Agreement, the Purchase Agreement, and such other proceedings of the Board, including the Bonds, that provide collectively for, among other things, the rights of holders and beneficial owners of the Bonds.

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).

  • Material Recovery Facility means a facility, not subject to permitting requirements under Regulation 22, which is engaged in the storage, processing, and resale of recovered materials and receives source-separated recyclable materials.

  • Progress Report means the report similar in form and content to that attached hereto as Appendix III.

  • Interim Report means a report identifying the contributions received and

  • Ordinary Course Professional Order means the Order Authorizing the Retention and Compensation of Certain Professionals Utilized in the Ordinary Course of Business [D.I. 765].
