Not eligible. The following are not eligible to participate in the Promotion: o Employees of MICHELIN and its related corporations and their immediate family members. o Employees of any party, including but not limited to agents of Michelin, dealers and/or retailers, which is directly involved in organising, promoting or conducting the Promotion. o Individuals engaging or are, in Michelin’s opinion, likely to engage in sub-wholesale, resale or sale of the Eligible MICHELIN Products to downstream distributors or retailers.

Not eligible. An employee covered by this Agreement who does not satisfy either of the conditions in (a) or (b) of this Subdivision is not entitled to any portion of the annual clothing and equipment allowance.
