Hours Attended means the hours of supervised training and assessment that a Skills First student participated in prior to their withdrawal from a subject. Incentives means any incentives, including:

Incentives means any incentives, including: financial incentives; and/or non-financial incentives, including in the form of goods, services or rewards. Intellectual Property Rights means any intellectual property rights, including copyright, patents, trade marks, designs, circuit layout rights and rights in respect of the disclosure and use confidential information (including know-how and trade secrets), rights to apply for, and applications for, registration of any such rights, and all other intangible property rights including moral rights resulting from intellectual activity in the industrial, scientific, literary or artistic fields. Law means any statute, regulation, by-law, ordinance or subordinate legislation in force from time to time, the common law and equity as applicable from time to time and any applicable industry codes of conduct.

Incentives means any incentives, including: financial incentives; and/or non-financial incentives, including in the form of goods, services or rewards. Insolvency Event means: the Training Provider disposes of the whole or any part of its assets, operations or business other than in the ordinary course of business; the Training Provider ceases to carry on business; an order is made by a court of competent jurisdiction for the winding up or dissolution of the Training Provider; any step is taken to appoint a receiver, receiver and manager, trustee in bankruptcy or similar officer over all or any of the assets or undertakings of the Training Provider and is not discontinued or withdrawn within five Business Days; any step is taken by a mortgagee to take possession either directly or by an agent over all or any of the assets, operations, or undertakings of the Training Provider and is not discontinued or withdrawn within five Business Days; any step is taken to appoint a liquidator or provisional liquidator to the Training Provider and is not discontinued or withdrawn within five Business Days; any step is taken to appoint an administrator to the Training Provider, or for the Training Provider to enter into a deed of company arrangement; any step is taken to enter into any arrangement between the Training Provider and its creditors; or any similar event occurring in relation to the Training Provider.

Examples of Hours Attended in a sentence

  • Where a Skills First Student withdraws from a subject, we will calculate Contact Hour Funds for their enrolment in that subject based on the Hours Attended, not the Scheduled Hours.
