National Code definition

National Code means the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018 (Cth)
National Code means the National Code of Practice for Registration Authorities and Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students, as may be amended from time to time, as established in accordance with the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000.

Starting date for a course means the scheduled starting date for a course that is specified in the Letter of Offer or, if any, a later starting date agreed between you and us. Study period in respect of the course means the study period (or each of the study periods) set out in the Letter of Offer.
