Cash Settlement: In respect of any Transaction, on any Settlement Date for such Transaction in respect of which Cash Settlement applies, if the Cash Settlement Amount for such Transaction for such Settlement Date is a positive number, Party A will pay such Cash Settlement Amount to Party B.
This Supplemental Confirmation is a binding contract between Party A and Party B as of the relevant Trade Date for the Transaction referenced below.
