Complementary Services. When, after making the associated payment, users request complementary services that cannot be definitively confirmed by the organizing agency, and said services cannot be provided, the organizing agency shall be absolved of any liability beyond refunding the amount paid for these services, which the user will receive from the retail travel agency at the conclusion of the trip.
Complementary Services. The Parties shall endeavor to publish, update and exchange information on their service suppliers that they consider relevant, in particular the services provided by enterprises, with the objective of promoting insertion in regional value chains.
Complementary Services. They may participate but they may not, in any case, compete with the Holding Company or the Concession Companies in the rendering of such Complementary Services;
Complementary Services. A main component of a membership at MHCLT is the ability for You and Your physician to explore other modalities of treatment and healing that complement the core primary services offered at our clinic. MHCLT attempts to create relationships with trusted providers to which we can refer You. Excluded Services The following services are not part of the Services in Your membership: ● Specialists. From time to time, You may need to use the care of specialists (e.g. cardiologists, obstetricians, etc.), emergency rooms, urgent care centers, etc. that are outside the scope of this Agreement. Physicians and other staff at MHCLT will coordinate with the specialists you select or to whom You are referred to assist You in obtaining specialty care, and will make an appropriate determination about the scope of primary care services offered by Your Physician on a case-by-case basis. Because no insurance is involved at our clinic, Your Physician has no incentive to refer You to any particular specialist, which means You and Your Physician can work together to determine the best specialist for You. You understand that fees paid under this Agreement do not include and do not cover specialist’s fees or fees due to any medical professional or service other than a Physician practicing at MHCLT.
Complementary Services. The parties agree that unless otherwise specified herein, Radiant is under no obligation to undertake any such activities and nothing herein shall be construed as a guarantee on Radiant’s part that Enterprise will realize any revenue from the aforementioned appointment.
Complementary Services. Complementary services referred to in article 6 of this contract are those which, unlike the technical know-how and assistance referred to in articles 3 and 4 of this contract, suppose the provision of services implying the application of specialized knowledge, performed in accordance with guidelines imparted and submitted to the supervision of Telefonica del Peru.
Complementary Services. 11.1. You understand and you agree that the provision of any Software consulting, training, installation, configuration or maintenance services shall be made under the terms of separate specific agreements that are distinct from the present Agreement, Brainwave providing no such services under this Agreement.
Complementary Services. Synetic has designed the Clinical Transaction Services to be unique and different from the services currently being provided to Payer by PBMs, reference laboratories and other service companies. Synetic agrees to use its best efforts to ensure that the Clinical Transaction Services are complementary with and incremental to services provided to Payer by PBMs, reference laboratories, or other service companies who have contracted with Payer. Synetic agrees to review with Payer periodically the services being provided to Payer by service companies under other contracts in the context of the unique services being provided to Payer by Synetic under this Agreement, and to identify and use its best efforts to minimize any duplicate charges.
Complementary Services. Through their promotion agencies, the Parties shall endeavor to publish, update and exchange available information on their service suppliers that they consider relevant, in particular services provided to businesses, with the objective of promoting the formation of value chains in the business sector. The foregoing, without prejudice to the protection of confidential information, in accordance with the national legislation of each Party.
Complementary Services. Installation services, on-site training and instruction, data entry and conversion, program modification, and error correction, all relating to the Products and to be performed by Co-Marketer pursuant to separate agreements between Co-Marketer and End-user.
