SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT. 2.1. This Agreement, including Parts A through L, Tables One and Two and exhibits, specifies the rights and obligations of each Party with respect to the establishment, purchase, and sale of Local Interconnection, Collocation, resale of Telecommunications Services and Unbundled Network Elements. Certain terms used in this Agreement shall have the meanings defined in PART A – DEFINITIONS, or as otherwise elsewhere defined throughout this Agreement. Other terms used but not defined in this Agreement will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Act and in the FCC’s and the Commission’s rules, regulations and orders. PART B sets forth the general terms and conditions governing this Agreement. The remaining Parts set forth, among other things, descriptions of the services, pricing, technical and business requirements, and physical and network security requirements.
SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT. The scope of the work covered by this Agreement shall be: inspection work in/on gas transmission and distribution systems owned, maintained and operated by gas/electrical Utility Companies, Municipalities, or Governmental Agencies engaged in utility operations that shall include: Coordinate and inspect contractors work for job quality as related to gas line construction/testing and insure customer specifications are met. In connection with all of the above items, it is understood the scope of this Agreement shall include not only new installation work but shall also govern the repair, maintenance, or dismantling of such equipment.
SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT. This Trust Agreement will be binding on the Executives and all other persons entitled to any benefits hereunder and their respective heirs and legal representatives, and upon the Company, the Committee, the Trustee, and any Investment Managers, and their successors and assigns.
SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT. This Oversight Agreement has been drawn up by the Department of Justice and Equality (“the Department”) in consultation with the Policing Authority (“the Authority”), in accordance with the 2016 edition of the Code of Practice for the Governance of State Bodies (the “Code of Practice”). Together with the separate but related Performance Delivery Agreement (PDA), it succeeds the previous governance agreement between the two parties. This Oversight Agreement defines the key roles responsibilities and supports which underpin the relationship between the Authority and the Department. In addition, the Authority has its own Governance Framework, which sets out the broad governance and accountability framework within which the Authority operates and which is referenced as appropriate in this agreement. While this Agreement will remain in force until end 20212, the parties will, in accordance with the Code of Practice, review it within 12 months of its commencement.
SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT. 2.1 This Agreement specifies the rights and obligations of each Party with respect to the establishment of rates, terms and conditions for interconnection with the other’s local network under Sections 251 and 252 of the Act (“Interconnection Services”). The Interconnection Services set forth in this Agreement address the exchange of traffic between Carrier and CenturyLink. If such traffic is Local Traffic, the provisions of this Agreement shall apply. The Interconnection services covered by this Agreement are for Wireless Interconnection for CMRS carriers only in association with CMRS services. Wireless Interconnection hereunder is intended for Wireless to Wireline or Wireline to Wireless, but not Wireline to Wireline communications. Such Wireless Interconnection will not be used to terminate other types of traffic exchanged on the network under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
