Installation Services definition

Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

Installation Services means the services provided by Flock regarding the installation, placements and configuration of the Hardware, pursuant to the Statement of Work attached hereto.

Installation Services means the services provided by Flock including any applicable installation of Embedded Software on Agency Hardware.

Examples of Installation Services in a sentence

• Flock shall use reasonable efforts consistent with prevailing industry standards to maintain the Services in a manner which minimizes errors and interruptions in the Services and shall perform the Installation Services in a professional and workmanlike manner.
