PROGRAM MODIFICATION. 8.6.1 Hatchery program modifications shall make efficient use of existing facilities owned by the District or cooperating entities including adult collection, acclimation, and hatchery facilities, provided that the existing facility or the existing facility as modified is compatible with and does not compromise ongoing programs. The District in consultation with the Hatchery Committee shall make reasonable efforts to implement program modifications when needed to achieve overall and specific program objectives. Program modifications may include changes to facilities, release methods, and rearing strategies necessary to achieve NNI as determined by the monitoring and evaluation program.

FACE Prep does not guarantee teaching an identical curriculum to any previously taught cohorts. PROGRAM MODIFICATION. Deluxe may modify this Agreement or the Program terms at any time in its sole discretion. You will be notified of any replacement of or changes to these Terms and Conditions via e-mail by a change notice. If you no long wish to be bound by the Program terms, as modified, you must immediately discontinue your participation in the Program and notify us accordingly. Your continued participation in the Program following any notice of change to this Agreement or the Program terms shall constitute your binding acceptance of the same as replaced or modified.
PROGRAM MODIFICATION. The Licensee may edit the software to the extent necessary for its intended use and to establish interoperability with other programs. Licensee is entitled to combine the software with other computer programs and to develop own applications and processes. Apart from this, any editing or modification of the software by the Licensee is prohibited, unless it is necessary to remedy a defect and United Planet is in default with the rectification of such defect. In every case, it is prohibited to reverse engineer (decompile) the software or the written material or to create derivative works from the software. Also prohibited is the circumvention or modification of the user management or licensing technologies within the software.
PROGRAM MODIFICATION. In the event the Development Program is not approved by Xxxxxx City and the Trust within the period of time set forth in Section 2.3, the disapproving party(s) shall notify P3 within ten (10) days following such disapproval of the specific reasons for disapproval and the changes or modifications needed to make the Development Program acceptable, if any. P3 shall have ninety (90) days within which to consult with the disapproving party(s) and to submit a modified Development Program acceptable to the parties, and the Term of this DCA shall be extended for such period. If the disapproving party(s) believe, in it or their reasonable discretion, that the parties are making progress toward an acceptable Development Program, P3 shall be entitled to such additional time as deemed reasonable by the parties to this DCA and the Term of this DCA shall be extended accordingly.
PROGRAM MODIFICATION. Upon receipt of regular written reports from the QAP Committee delineating actions taken and improvements made, the governing body shall take action when appropriate and direct that the operational QAP be modified on an ongoing basis to accommodate review findings and issues of concern within Contractor. This activity shall be documented in the minutes of the meetings of the governing board in sufficient detail to demonstrate that it has directed and followed up on necessary actions pertaining to Quality Assurance.
