PROJECT SERVICES. 11.1 Building Hours Landlord agrees to furnish to the Premises from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays, local and national holidays excepted (“Building Hours”), air conditioning and heat, elevator service, electric current (subject to Article 11.2) for normal lighting and fractional horsepower for office machines and, on the same floor as the Premises, water for lavatory and drinking purposes, all in such reasonable quantities as in the judgment of Landlord is reasonably necessary for the comfortable occupancy of the Premises. Janitorial and maintenance services will be furnished five (5) days per week. Such janitorial service shall be provided in accordance with standards for comparable class “A” office buildings in the City of El Segundo. Tenant shall comply with all rules and regulations which Landlord may reasonably establish for the proper functioning and protection of the air conditioning, heating, elevator, electrical and plumbing systems. Landlord shall not be liable for, and there shall be no rent abatement as a result of, any stoppage, reduction or interruption of any such services caused by governmental rules, regulations or ordinances, riot, strike, labor dispute, breakdowns, accidents, necessary repairs or any other cause. Except as specifically provided in this Article 11, Tenant agrees to pay for all utilities and other services utilized by Tenant for all overtime or additional building services furnished to Tenant not uniformly furnished to all tenants of the Project at Landlord’s expense. Landlord’s obligation to render to the Premises services during non-Building Hours or above-standard building services shall be conditioned upon the payment by Tenant of all sums charged by Landlord for such services pursuant to this Article 11.

PROJECT SERVICES. So long as Tenant is not in default hereunder, Landlord agrees to furnish services to the Tenant without charge except for Operating Cost Share Rent, or as otherwise specifically provided herein, as follows:

PROJECT SERVICES. Grantee’s TTF project must provide one or more of the following services: 1. Counseling and mentoring on pregnancy, education, parenting skills, adoption services, life skills, and employment readiness topics; 2. Care coordination for prenatal, perinatal, and postnatal services, including connecting Clients to health services; 3. Educational materials and information about pregnancy, parenting, and adoption services; 4. Referrals to governmental and social service programs, including childcare, transportation, housing, and state and federal benefit programs; 5. Classes on life skills, personal finance, parenthood, stress management, job training, job readiness, job placement, and educational attainment; 6. Provision of supplies for infant care and pregnancy, including car seats, cribs, maternity clothes, infant diapers, and formula; and 7. Housing services.

PROJECT SERVICES. 8x8 may from time to time, in each case in its sole discretion, offer to perform work for Customer related to the configuration or customization of Ordered SaaS Services, network assessments, Agent training, or similar work or services (“Project Services”). Customer may order Project Services under the Agreement (“Ordered Project Services”), in each case by entering into an Order and/or written statement of work for the same with 8x8 or its Affiliate (an “SOW”). 8x8 shall, itself or through its Affiliates or Partners, perform the Ordered Project Services in a professional and workmanlike manner, with reasonable skill and care, and in accordance with the terms of the applicable SOW and/or Order (which shall set forth the other terms and pricing related to the Ordered Project Services ordered thereunder), provided that Customer’s sole and exclusive remedies for 8x8’s breach of this sentence shall be as set forth in such SOW and/or Order. Customer shall pay all fees and other amounts set forth in the applicable Order and/or SOW for Ordered Project Services, in accordance with Section 7 (Payment) and any other terms set forth in such SOW.

PROJECT SERVICES. Project services refers to provide project management functions throughout the project life cycle from problem definition and concept development to project execution and performance validation. Offerings to affiliates include participation in business planning, Project Support Office services, problem solving and concept development, business case development, competitive excellence process improvement services, portfolio management, project management, and Dam safety program management. (1) Hydro MW Distribution; (2) FTE work estimate; (3) Specific Project Assignment.

PROJECT SERVICES. As an additional and separate service to the Ordered SaaS Services, 8x8 may from time to time, in each case in its sole discretion, offer to perform Project Services. Customer may order Project Services underthe Agreement (“Ordered Project Services”), in each case by Entering into an Order and/or written statement of work for the same with 8x8 or its Affiliate (an “SOW”). 8x8 shall, itself or through its Affiliates or Partners, perform the Ordered Project Services in a professional and workmanlike manner, with reasonable skill and care, and in accordance with the terms of the applicable SOW (which shall set forth the other terms and pricing related to the Ordered Project Services), provided that Customer’s sole and exclusive remedies for 8x8’s breach of this Clause shall be as set out in the applicable SOW. Customershall pay all fees and other amounts set out in the applicable Order and/or SOW for Ordered Project Services in accordance with Clause 7 (Billing and Payment) and any other terms set out in the relevant SOW.

PROJECT SERVICES. 6.1. Franke will perform all project services on the prototype or any manufacturing clarifications with the care as is usual in the ordinary course of business and will comply with the agreed quality standards. Franke will render the agreed services with qualified employees or sub-con- tractors and Franke will be directly liable to customer even in the latter case. 6.2. Franke assigns all intellectual property of the prototype to the customer. However, intellectual property rights with regards to technical drawings, know-how, concepts, manufacturing techniques and –methods, software and models which are used or contributed by Franke for manufacturing remain unaffected and in the property of Franke.
