Training Services. Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.
Training Services. Fiserv shall provide training, training aids, user manuals, and other documentation for Client's use as Fiserv finds necessary to enable Client personnel to become familiar with Fiserv Services. If requested by Client, classroom training in the use and operation of Fiserv Services will be provided at a training facility designated by Fiserv. All such training aids and manuals remain Fiserv's property.
Training Services. “Training Services” may include Contractor’s ability to furnish pre-packaged training Products, and/or develop or customize training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training. Computer Based and Video Based Training are training delivery methods that provide alternatives and/or supplements to instructor-led classroom training. Both allow the students to advance at their own speed and to review as needed.
Training Services. CUSI will provide the training services defined in the applicable Sales Agreement. Licensee will be invoiced separately for any travel related expenses incurred by CUSI employees in connection with any such training services.
Training Services. Vendor shall provide the Training Services, if any, described in Exhibit A. The Services Fees for any Training Services shall be described in Exhibit A.
Training Services services in which Agile Cockpit focuses on education in the field of information technology. Advising Client with regard to the performance of Training Services is not included in the Training Services but is instead designated as Consultancy Services.
Training Services a) In consideration of the fees for training set out in an Order, Licensee may attend the training class identified therein. Licensee must attend and, if the training is on-site at Licensee’s location, permit Licensor to perform the training course prior to the expiration date set out in the Order. If Licensee fails to have personnel attend the training class or permit Licensor to perform the training class prior to such expiration date, Licensor will not provide Licensee with a refund of the training fees or be obligated to perform the training. Unless otherwise specified in an Order, training will be provided at one of Licensor’s training locations. Licensee will be solely responsible for all travel-related expenses incurred in attending such training. If an Order provides for training at Licensee’s location, Licensee will pay for all reasonable travel-related expenses incurred by Licensor in the performance of the training.
Training Services. Ventiv will provide the training services to Customer described in the SOW or Initial Order Form, if any (“Training Services”).
Training Services. 17.1. We will provide you with the allocated number of hours of online-based training set out in the Commercial Details in the use of the Licensed SDKs.
Training Services. Liquid Robotics will provide the training services at the locations, dates, and for the individuals set forth in the applicable Seller’s Quote.
