Specialized Knowledge. Because of the highly specialized knowledge required of some inside jobs, inside people who desire to exercise their rights under this section will be given the opportunity to prove that they can qualify for the job requested in the new center, in seniority order.

Specialized Knowledge. IEPs – Direction ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ recognizes that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ possesses specialized knowledge and abilities in occupational therapy, and in the performance of the services herein undertaken. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall not be subject to the direction or supervision of any employee of ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇, rather, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall carry out the services to be provided as ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ proper. Specialized Knowledge. ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Counties Special Education District recognizes that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ possesses specialized knowledge and abilities in law enforcement, and in the performance of the services herein undertaken.
