Future Negotiations. If at any time prior to termination of this Amendment the Custodian as a matter of standard business practice, accepts delegation as Foreign Custody Manager for its U.S. mutual fund clients on terms materially different than set forth in this Amendment, the Custodian hereby agrees to negotiate with the fund in good faith with respect thereto.
Future Negotiations. First Nations may propose to negotiate Canada’s recognition of other jurisdictional areas not included in this Agreement. The Agreement outlines some general principles that will guide such potential future negotiations.
Future Negotiations. Borrower acknowledges and agrees that (a) Lender has no obligation whatsoever to discuss, negotiate or to agree to any restructuring of the Loan, or any modification, amendment, restructuring or reinstatement of the Loan Documents or to forbear from exercising its rights and remedies under the Loan Documents, except as expressly provided in this Agreement; (b) if there are any future discussions among Lender and Borrower concerning any such restructuring, modification, amendment or reinstatement, then no restructuring, modification, amendment, reinstatement, compromise, settlement, agreement or understanding with respect to the Loan, the Loan Documents, or any aspect thereof, shall constitute a legally binding agreement or contract or have any force or effect whatsoever unless and until reduced to writing and signed by authorized representatives of the Parties; and (c) Borrower Parties shall not assert or claim in any legal proceedings or otherwise that any such agreement exists except in accordance with the terms of this Section.
Future Negotiations. The parties agree to commence negotiations on a new Agreement no later than 3 months before the completion of the nominated term of the Agreement.
Future Negotiations. Negotiations on proposed amendments to this Agreement may be had at any time by mutual agreement of Guild and Employer. Any such negotiations shall be restricted to the subjects agreed upon in advance in writing and shall not, therefore, open all subjects to negotiation. On or before July 1, 2025, the Guild and Employer shall meet to discuss and negotiate a replacement for this Agreement. Each party is encouraged to submit to the other written replacements for this Agreement. Each party will diligently investigate and analyze proposals submitted by the other. The parties shall meet as frequently as necessary to reach agreement. Both the Guild and the Employer pledge to bargain and negotiate in good faith.
Future Negotiations. At the request of either Party, the Parties shall enter into negotiations with a view to extending the coverage of this Chapter on a reciprocal basis, where the other Party grants suppliers of a non-Party, through an international treaty to be concluded after the entry into force of this Agreement, greater access to its government procurement market than that granted to suppliers of the other Party pursuant to this Chapter.
Future Negotiations. A. Negotiations for a successor to this Agreement shall begin no later than May 15 of the year it expires.

Future Negotiations. If the Executive is employed by the Company six (6) months prior to the third anniversary of the Effective Date then the Company and the Executive shall commence good faith negotiations for the purpose of determining whether, and on what basis, if any, they can agree that Executive may be employed by the Company after the third anniversary of the Effective Date. The Executive shall have no obligation under this Section 16 to remain in the employ of the Company and the Company shall have no obligation hereunder to employ the Executive after the second anniversary of the Effective Date.
