Communicating with You a. Communications will be made available to you by post, e-mail, SMS, insertion of the relevant note in the Statement (or Statement insert) or via the Online Statement Service or through links on webpages accessible via the Online Statement Service or any combination of these and you agree that it is your responsibility to access all such Communications. You must maintain a valid mailing address and phone number in our records for your Account (except as set out below). You also agree that we may communicate with you via Your Company or Programme Administrator by post, e-mail, SMS, insertion of the relevant note in the Statement (or Statement insert) or via the Online Statement Service (or through links on webpages accessible via the service) that we may establish from time to time, in which case a Communication to Your Company or Programme Administrator about the Card, Account or this Agreement will be deemed to be a notification from us to you.

Communicating with You. We may communicate with you by telephone, post, e-mail or in person. In certain circumstances, we may ask you to confirm any instructions in writing prior to implementation. All our communications with you will be in English.
Communicating with You. 3.1 We may communicate with you by telephone, letter, email, text message or by posting a message on the Trading Platform. We will use the contact details you gave us when you opened your Account or such other contact details as you may subsequently notify to us.
Communicating with You. If we do need to notify you of a change in accordance with clause 5.3, or otherwise need to communicate with you in respect of our Services or this Agreement, then we will do this by sending you an email or a text message. However, we may also choose to communicate with you by any of the following means as well: by post, phone, electronic messaging, by placing a recorded message on the phone number for the Team, by placing a message on your bill or in your “Your Account” page on our website, by the means set out in clause 5.2, or by some other means. We will use the most recent contact details that you have given us (if any).
Communicating with You. You agree that we may from time to time make telephone calls, send emails and text messages to you in order to: notify you of Transfer Transactions, or service your accounts, You agree that we may call using prerecorded/artificial voice messages or send text messages and, for both calls and text messages, may also use automatic telephone dialing systems. We may call you and send messages to you at any email address, telephone number, or mobile phone number you have provided to: us, any other Participating Financial Institution, a Member. You represent and warrant to us that you are the owner or have the delegated legal authority to act on behalf of the owner to use and control each such email address, telephone number or mobile phone number you have provided to any of these persons for use with the Transfer Service. You further acknowledge and agree that: • In the case of any messages that you may send through either us that we may send or may send on your behalf to an email address or mobile phone number, you represent that you have obtained the consent of the recipient of such emails or automated text messages to send such emails or text messages to the recipient. You understand and agree that any emails or text messages that we send on your behalf may include your name. • Your wireless carrier is not liable for any delay or failure to deliver any message sent to or from us including messages that you may send through us, that we may send, or may send on your behalf. • To cancel text messaging from us, send STOP when prompted. For help or information regarding text messaging contact our customer service number. You expressly consent to receipt of a text message to confirm your “STOP” request. • In the event you ever withdraw this consent, and notwithstanding that withdrawal, you expressly authorize us to use any of the methods described above to send you messages confirming your instructions sent to us via text message, including a confirmation from us in the event you withdraw your consent.
Communicating with You. We will contact you from time to time to manage and administer your Account and the benefits and services on it. We may contact you in a variety of ways depending upon which contact details you have provided to us (for example, we may send a text to your mobile phone number or an email to your email address). We may also contact you online through our online sites and services (for example, within your profile on our website or one of our mobile applications). We may send you notices (including notices or information we are required or choose to send you, including about changes to this Agreement) on or together with your statements. We may also send you marketing communications from time to time, such as offers and promotions. We may use your personal information for this purpose but always in accordance with our Card Member Privacy Statement. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date at all times. You must inform us immediately if there are any changes to your mailing address or email address to which we send statements or other communications. We are not responsible if you do not receive any communication from us (such as a statement or an account alert) because you failed to keep your contact details updated.
Communicating with You. We may communicate with you, the business and any Employee Card Members by any commonly used method of communication, including by mail or otherwise delivered to you at the address which is maintained in our records for your account, telephone, mobile phone, email, SMS, facsimile, posting on an American Express website (including xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx or within your online account on such a website), through links provided on a statement or other notice, using other electronic communication channels or any combination of these. To access communications provided through your online account, you must register and select a User ID and Password. Our communications with you, the business and any Employee Card Members may include account servicing messages, statements, disclosures, notices (which includes changes to this agreement) and collection notices, alerts, information about products and services and other communications. This agreement, statements, changes to this agreement and regulatory disclosures and notices will be sent in writing and will be mailed or delivered to you, the business and any Employee Card Members at the address which is maintained in our records for your account unless you enrol to receive such communications electronically. If you enrol to receive such statements, disclosures and notices electronically, you agree that: • we may stop sending you paper versions of these communications; • these communications will be considered to have been provided in writing; and • it is your responsibility to access and check your electronic communications regularly for statements and other communications. You may withdraw your enrolment in an electronic statement service at any time and request that we send you paper statements and these other communications by contacting us. All mailed communications that we send to you will be deemed to have been received by you seven business days after the date of the mailing unless you actually receive it earlier or when received in the case of a communication delivered by hand. All electronic communications that we provide, including a statement, will be deemed to have been received by you on the day that we send the notification email or SMS, post the electronic communication and/or make the communication available within your online account, even if you do not access the electronic communication for any reason.
