Your Statement. You represent and warrant that You are at least 18 (eighteen) years old or are married and are not under guardianship or custody, and that You are legally capable and have the right to bind Yourself to these Terms of Use. If You do not meet those conditions but still access or use the Website and/or Application, You represent and warrant that Your act of signing up, accessing or conducting other activities within the Website and/or Application have been approved by Your parents, guardians or custodian. You, hereby, expressly waive any rights under the applicable laws to cancel or revoke any and all consents You provided according to these Terms of Use when You are deemed legally mature.

Your Statement. 19.1 We will send you a statement each month that there is activity or a balance on the Account. The statement will show your payments and all Transactions and other amounts added to your Account since the last statement. 19.2 You must make the minimum payment each month even if you do not receive a statement for any reason. In these cases you must contact us to find out the minimum payment due that month. If you do not receive a statement, you will still have to pay any interest on the balance of your Account. 19.3 You must tell us as soon as possible if you think the statement is wrong or if you do not receive a statement. 19.4 Statements will initially be sent to the most recent postal address we have for you. We may be able to provide statements online. You agree that, if this facility is available on your Account, we may make your statements available in a printable and/or downloadable format via the secure customer area.

Even if you do not receive a statement we will still charge interest and fees as applicable on the balance of your Account. 18.4 You must check your statement and must tell us as soon as possible if you think the statement is wrong or if you do not receive a statement when you expect one, or if you cannot access your online statement. 18.5 We may allow you to opt in or out of receiving paper statements and other Notices at any time by updating your preferences online, or by calling us. We may choose to supply you with any statement or Notice in hard copy at any time. If we do send statements and other Notices by post we will send them to the most recent postal address that we have for you.

Your Statement. 6.1. You provide Us with the following representations and warranties, which will apply throughout the term of the Agreement: 6.1.1. You hold and comply with all terms and conditions of all permits, licences, registrations and other authorisations and requirements (including mandatory information sharing with authorities) necessary to operate the accommodation business as offered by You 6.1.2. You and the operators, owners and directors of the accommodation are in no way associated with terrorists or sanctioned persons or persons residing or domiciled in the sanctioned territory or persons who are guilty and/or who have entered into a non-prosecution or deferred prosecution agreement in which they have admitted involvement in money laundering, tax evasion, financial crime, fraud, bribery and/or corruption. You must notify Us immediately in the event of an actual or suspected breach of this paragraph 6.1.3. You respect the human rights of Your workers and customers and do not use child labour, forced labour or unsafe working conditions; you do not allow or participate in discrimination on the basis of race, religion, disability or gender; You pay each employee at least the minimum wage and provide all legally mandated benefits 6.1.4. You comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the territory where You are registered (and, in relation to the accommodation, in the jurisdiction where the property is located), including standards setting out hygiene and other product and service quality requirements 6.1.5. You have the necessary rights to use and allow Us to publish the accommodation on the App, together with all intellectual property relating to the information about the accommodation.

Your Statement. If you think your statement is wrong, or if you need more information about a transaction on your statement, write us on a separate sheet at the address listed on your statement. Write to us as soon as possible. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent you the first statement on which the error or problem appeared. You can telephone us, but doing so will not preserve your rights. YOUR RIGHTS AND OUR RESPONSIBILITIES AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR WRITTEN NOTICE. We must acknowledge your letter within 30 days, unless we have corrected the error by then. Within 90 days, we must either correct the error or explain why we believe the statement was correct.

Your Statement. A statement of Distributor’s account will be made available to Distributor, unless Distributor’s account with Company is zero. If Distributor dies, this information will be available to Distributor’s spouse or estate. Distributor agrees that each statement will be binding on Distributor, Distributor’s spouse and Distributor’s estate unless Distributor, Distributor’s spouse or Distributor’s estate tells Company, within 45 days after the statement is transmitted, that the statement is wrong.

Distributor agrees that each statement will be binding on Distributor or Distributor’s permitted successor(s) or assign(s) unless objection is made within 45 days after the statement is transmitted.
