By Hand Clause Samples

The "By Hand" clause defines the method by which documents, notices, or other communications must be delivered directly to the recipient in person. In practice, this means that a party or their representative physically hands over the relevant materials to the other party or their designated agent, ensuring immediate receipt. This clause is used to guarantee that important documents are received without delay or risk of loss in transit, thereby providing certainty and proof of delivery.
