PREVIOUS COMMUNICATIONS. This Contract contains the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties, their agents, and employees as to the subject matter of this contract, and merges and supersedes all prior agreements, commitments, representations, and discussions between the Parties. No Party shall be bound to any other obligations, conditions, or representations with respect to the subject matter of this Contract.

In the event there is any conflict between the terms and scope of the Agreement and the terms and scope of the accompanying motion for adoption of settlement agreement, the Agreement shall govern.

PREVIOUS COMMUNICATIONS. The Settlement Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding between the Settling Parties as to the subject matter of this Settlement Agreement. In the event there is any conflict between the terms and scope of this Settlement Agreement, the comparison exhibit, and the terms and scope of the accompanying joint motion in support of the Settlement Agreement, the Settlement Agreement shall govern.
PREVIOUS COMMUNICATIONS. This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties, their agents, and employees as to the subject matter of this Agreement, and merges and supersedes all prior agreements, commitments, representations, and discussions between the Parties specifically including, but not limited to, the letters from Seller to Edison dated July 15, July 27 and August 10, 1988 referenced in Section 2.11 herein. No Party shall be bound to any other obligations, conditions, or representations with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.
PREVIOUS COMMUNICATIONS. This Settlement Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding between the Settling Parties as to the resolution of SCE’s Application. In the event there is any conflict between the terms and scope of this Settlement Agreement and the terms and scope of the accompanying motion in support of this Settlement Agreement, this Settlement Agreement shall govern.
PREVIOUS COMMUNICATIONS. This Agreement supersedes and replaces any prior oral or written communications, agreements or understandings between the Parties related to the subject matter of this Agreement.
PREVIOUS COMMUNICATIONS. Except for the confidentiality agreement between Delano and Edison dated Xxxxxxy 18, 1999 ("Confidentiality Agreement") and the ITCC Agreements, this Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties as to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements, except the Confidentiality Agreement and the ITCC Agreements, and representations, and discussions between the Parties concerning the subject matter of this Agreement. Each Party further represents that, in entering into this Agreement, it has not relied on any promise, inducement, representation, warranty, agreement, or other statement not set forth in this Agreement.
PREVIOUS COMMUNICATIONS. This instrument supersedes all previous offers and communications between the Parties.
