The University, at its discretion, may at any time test the Contractor’s products or services covered by this agreement to ensure compliance with the above standards. Complaints, or testing, that results in findings of non-compliance, that are not corrected within 30 days of being reported to the Contractor in writing, shall constitute a breach of this agreement and shall be grounds for termination of this agreement.
Campus visits. The University’s Outreach team also organise a number of large scale events for pupils in years 7-11, known as the RAISE Programme (Raising Aspirations in Secondary Education). The y provide a first contact with University life and include Year 7 Christmas Science lectures; Year 9 Physics Big Quiz; Year 10 Biology Big Quiz; Year 10 Birmingham Science Festival; and Year 11 History Quest Day. In addition, we run a programme of school visits to campus tailored to suit schools needs. For our school visits we carry out additional participant monitoring to ensure schools are targeting appropriate students and that students from BME backgrounds and those with disabilities are appropriately represented in line with our Equality Duties. Post 16 Academic Enrichment Programme Each year, the Academic Enrichment Programme supports 100 able WP students, boosting their academic performance and enabling them to apply to high quality degree programmes, often associated with the professions. Initially funded by philanthropic donations, the success of this programme means that it is now an integral part of the University’s fair access activity. This is a long term intervention supporting students during year 12 and 13 beginning with a 5 day summer residential and followed by e-mentoring; support with university applications; and study skills support. In line with our commitments around Equality and Diversity we encourage participation in all of our activities, by students with disabilities. In 2012 5% of AEP attendees declared a disability. We work closely with our Disability Services to ensure students are appropriately supported. For three years we also made special provision for students observing Ramadan including employing additional ambassadors to help in the early morning and rescheduling activities to facilitate the timing of the evening meal. We also make extensive use of a diverse range of role models as student ambassadors and student mentors in all of our activities. The Academic Enrichment Programme is now a well-established, proven programme with 28% of participants entering the University of Birmingham, 26% to other research intensive universities and 23% to other universities in 2012.   • Site Visits ‌ The Commission may visit the School at any time and may, at its discretion, conduct site visits and monitoring. When appropriate, the Commission shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice of visits. Such site visits may include any activities reasonably related to fulfillment of the Commission’s oversight responsibilities including, but not limited to, inspection of the facilities; audit of financial books and records; inspection of records maintained by the School; interviews and observations of the principal, staff, school families, staff of an affiliated nonprofit or educational service provider and community members; and observation of classroom instruction.

  • Office Visits We cover medically necessary office visits provided they are reasonable in number and in the scope of the services rendered for the following: • office visits to primary care physicians; • office visits to specialists; • routine examinations; • consultations; • medication visits for outpatient mental illness; • office visits to oral and maxillofacial surgeons (OMS) for medical conditions; or • retail based clinics.

  • Home Visits 25.15.1 Home visits shall only be performed under the following circumstances:
