The UW definition

The UW means the University of Washington, any division, section, office, unit or other entity of the University of Washington, or any of the officers or other officials lawfully representing the University of Washington.

  • The UW may withhold from any amounts due the Contractor a sum that the UW determines to be necessary to protect the UW against potential loss or liability.

  • The UW grade and the high school grade that a student earns may not necessarily be equal, as these two grades may be calculated differently.

  • The UW may terminate this Contract, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason by giving thirty (30) calendar days written notice to the Contractor.

  • The UW ITC Team will explore analyses that use ITC Korea Project data in comparison with data from other countries.
