Timing of the Grant 5.1 Payments will be made in accordance with Schedule 2, to be paid within 21 working days.

Timing of Payment Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, if the date on which any payment is to be made pursuant to this Indenture or the Notes is not a Business Day, the payment otherwise payable on such date shall be payable on the next succeeding Business Day with the same force and effect as if made on such scheduled date and (provided such payment is made on such succeeding Business Day) no interest shall accrue on the amount of such payment from and after such scheduled date to the time of such payment on such next succeeding Business Day and the amount of any such payment that is an interest payment will reflect accrual only through the original payment date and not through the next succeeding Business Day.

Restriction on Timing of Distribution Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, if the Executive is considered a Specified Employee at Separation from Service under such procedures as established by the Bank in accordance with Section 409A of the Code, benefit distributions that are made upon Separation from Service may not commence earlier than six (6) months after the date of such Separation from Service. Therefore, in the event this Section 2.5 is applicable to the Executive, any distribution which would otherwise be paid to the Executive within the first six months following the Separation from Service shall be accumulated and paid to the Executive in a lump sum on the first day of the seventh month following the Separation from Service. All subsequent distributions shall be paid in the manner specified.
Timing of Royalty Payments All royalties payable under the terms of this lease shall be payable in cash (unless Lessor elects to take such royalty oil or gas in kind) to Lessor within one hundred twenty (120) days following the first commercial sale of production and thereafter no more than sixty (60) days after the end of the month following the month during which production takes place. Subject to the provisions of Paragraph 16 of this Lease concerning shut-in wells, royalties shall be paid to Lessor by Lessee and/or its assigns or by the product purchaser for oil and/or gas. Upon the failure of any party to pay Lessor the royalty as provided in this paragraph, Lessor may, at Lessor's option, elect to terminate this Lease by sending written notice to Lessee. Lessee shall then have forty-five (45) days from the date of service of such written notice in which to avoid termination of this Lease by making or causing to be made the proper royalty payment or payments that should have been paid. If such royalty payment is not made on, or before, the expiration of the 45-day period, or written approval is not obtained from Lessor to defer such payment, Lessor may elect to terminate this Lease by filing a Notice of Termination with the Weld County Clerk and Recorder. The effective date of said termination shall be the date said Notice of Termination is recorded.
