During the Term, Executive shall devote his ability and attention to his duties on a “best efforts” and professional basis under the direction of the Board. Such duties shall include, without limitations: Executive will hold the title of “Chief Executive Officer.” Executive agrees to devote substantially all of his working time, attention, skill and effort during normal working hours to the performance of his duties to the Company.
