Waiver Request. Either Party may, in accordance with the Notice provision set out in Article A17.0, ask the other Party to waive an obligation under the Agreement.
Waiver Request. A waiver request shall include the specific provision(s) of the Collective Bargaining Agreement to be waived, the replacement language that will be in effect in place of the waived language, and a certification that the waiver request is submitted in compliance with the criteria contained in Sections 20.4.1, 20.4.2 and Appendices A and B.

Waiver Request. Our mission is to support and challenge students as they being to develop their individual academic and social potential. To accomplish this mission through the provisions of the charter petition the requested waiver is consistent with and does not undermine, the intent of the law and regulation.
